Dr. Amanda Kelly, BCBA-D, widely known as "Behaviorbabe," is a leading voice in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with over two decades of experience dedicated to advancing ethical practices and expanding access to services. A tireless advocate for autism insurance reform and licensure for behavior analysts, she has played a pivotal role in legislative initiatives across multiple states, including Massachusetts and Hawaii.
Dr. Kelly serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bay Path University, where she teaches ethics courses to graduate students. Separately, she extends her influence internationally by teaching ethics to students in the Philippines. She is the primary author of Back to Basics: Ethics for Behavior Analysts, a practical guide co-authored with two colleagues that bridges ethical principles with real-world applications. Dr. Kelly also manages Behaviorbabe.com, a trusted resource for practitioners, families, and advocates.
In 2024, Dr. Kelly stepped into the role of Director of Adult Programs at The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment, where she continues her commitment to creating meaningful opportunities, particularly for profoundly impacted autistic adults.
